Elevation A (which we chose)
Structual changes we added:
- 3rd car garage
- added dormer in bonus room
- 4th Bedroom with dormer (moved wall in 4th bedroom back 16in to add more space in bonus room) did away with plant shelf in corner of 4th bedroom and made it a walk-in closetadded 2nd sink in master bathroom
- chose luxury bath option on master bathroom for seperate shower/tub but lost linen closet
- gas fireplace in great room on rear of house
- trey ceiling in master bedroom with crown molding on bottom for cove lighting
- stone columns
The reason we really chose this house was because of the location and the small neighborhood of only 15 houses. We chose lot 11
Our home will be brick on front exterior and the other 3 sides will be siding. Exterior selections:
Brick: Shawdowstone queen size
Shingles: Weatherwood
Trim/soffitt/gutters: Sand
Front/Rear Door: Musket Brown
Vinyl Siding: Sand
Garage Doors: Sand
Columns: Sand
Stone: Westchester (dry stack)
We stayed with builder grade 30in Aristokraft cabinets (Oakland Saddle) and chose New Venetian Gold for our granite counter tops.
That's good,
